What dates are available?

We operate from mid May until mid June, and from the middle of August to the end of September. We do not operate during the summer months, as we have our summer camp in session and cannot accept groups at that time.
How many people can your facility accommodate?

We can accommodate 800 guests with a variety of lodging options.
Where are we located?

Westmont Retreat Center is located in Poyntelle, PA. We are approximately two and a half hours from New York City and two hours from Philadelphia. 81 Spruce Lake Road Poyntelle, PA 18454
What activities do you provide?

Westmont has a wide range of activities including Outdoor Adventure, lake, tennis, basketball, baseball, driving range, pool, go karts and more. Every facility can be added to inhale your guests' experience
What is the nearest public transportation?

Westmont is located approximately 45 minutes from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, two and a half hours from the Newark International Airport and three hours from the Philadelphia International Airport and JFK International Airport. The Coach USA Short Line Bus has a stop in Hancock, NY, approximately 10 minutes from Westmont. Westmont does not provide shuttle service from airports or bus stations. We can provide local transportation companies.
Does your catering provide for special dietary needs?

Whatever your event, our event coordinator and chef will help plan a menu in conjunction with your group. Each menu is tailored to accommodate most allergies and dietary needs.
Where is the nearest medical facility?

We do not have on-site medical care. There is an urgent care 15 minutes away in Hancock, NY. Wayne Memorial Hospital is the nearest medical facility located 30 minutes from Westmont in Honesdale, PA.
Do you provide alcohol?

We do not provide alcohol, but we are happy to assist you with the purchasing of your alcohol and finding bartenders to hire for your event.
What is the facility cost?

We do not have a flat facility fee. Our pricing is per guest and varies based on the type of event and activities planned. Please contact us for specific questions about pricing for your event. ADD CONTACT LINK
Do you provide linens?

Bed linens and towel service are available at additional cost.
Is there Audio Visual Available?

We are able to assist with all AV needs. We have speakers, screens, microphones and more at additional cost.
